OOO "UralComposite" developer and manufacturer of
refractory ceramic composite materials, offers to your attention

"Metallurgical coke" KM-80 TU 19.10.10-023-91304763-2018. used in the backfill to compensate for the carbon deficiency introduced by pig iron and parallel foaming of slag. Carbon-containing material (CCM) has a higher energy potential during oxidation in the furnace space (relative to conventional coke ), because it has a lower affinity for atmospheric oxygen during pre-melt due to the presence of graphitized component formed during the production of the initial raw material (coke), and almost complete absence of hydrocarbon components, completely ignited during the production of KM-80. Thus, the lack of total carbon in the material is compensated by a higher assimilation compared to analogs.

Physicochemical characteristics are given in Table 1

Table 1

Name of indicator Significance
1 Mass fraction, %,
- total carbon (C), not less
80 (typical content 85%)
- sulfur (S), not more
0,7
2 Mass fraction of moisture, %, max.
1,0
3 Bulk density of coke, kg/dm3
0,6-0,9
4 Actual grain composition, mm
0-25

In order to reduce emissions into the atmosphere and removal of fine fraction during landfilling, the material is packed in ICR (with polyethylene liner) of 1 ton.

Packing form: MKR with polyethylene liner of 1 ton.

Material price: available on request.

Delivery conditions: self-delivery from the warehouse in Chelyabinsk.

Production time: 20 working days from the receipt of the official application.
