Heat-resistant glue VK-1500 TU 1526-007-14377547-2006. It is intended for lining as an adhesive for periclase, periclase-chromite, periclase-spinel, fireclay and other refractories. The maximum application temperature is 1500 °C. Efficiency of application is achieved due to compensation of thermal expansion during heating and cooling of lining, preservation of building strength of masonry at working temperature and exclusion of spalling of refractory products under physical load. Before application it is mixed and averaged in a container, then applied to the joint surfaces of refractory products by coating. It does not require special drying and heating regimes, except for those provided by existing technological instructions.
