Heat-resistant glue VK-1500 TU 1526-007-14377547-2006. It is designed for lining as glue for periclase, periclase-chromite, periclase-spinel, fireclay and other refractories. The maximum application temperature is 1500 °С. The efficiency of application is achieved through compensation of thermal expansion during heating and cooling of lining, preservation of building strength of masonry at the working temperature and elimination of chipping of refractory products under physical load. It is mixed and averaged in a container before application, then applied to the joint surfaces of refractory products by coating. Does not require special drying and heating regimes, except as stipulated in the existing technological instructions.
